COE 90/ Heart of the Sea Glow-Rini! Blue glow in the dark murrini

This listing is for Heart of the Sea Glow-Rini! (Glow-Rini is Murrini that glows!) This Murrini has different blues and opaline as well as turquoise blue glow. 😍 It is hand made by me in the PNW using Bullseye Glass (COE 90).

I have found that the blue charges much more quickly with a black light flashlight.

It comes in either 1.5 or 3 ounce packs. Please select your desired quantity from the drop down menu.

Please specify if you would like slices or cane. Slices are approximately 1/4" thick and vary in diameter.

Canes are approx. 2 1/2" long and will also vary in diameter.

Glow in the dark glass has phosphorescence... meaning it contains a special substance called phosphor. Phospors give off visible light after being energized. (This means that they have to soak up light for a while before they will glow!) I use strontium aluminate which is a new phosphate that allows a "super" glow! It stores about 10 times more light than zinc sulfate (Another type of phosphor used to create glow in the dark items). As a result... the glow lasts longer!
